What does sentence case actually change?
It lower cases the whole text, then capitalizes the first letter after a period, question mark, exclamation point or line break, plus the very first letter of the text.
Does it fix proper nouns like names or brands?
No. It only handles sentence starts and the pronoun I. Proper nouns need to be capitalized by hand afterward, since a tool cannot reliably tell a name from a regular word.
