Why doesn't my back or forward button register?
Not every mouse has side buttons, and some browsers use them to navigate instead of sending a click event. If your mouse has them and nothing lights up here, the button itself may be worn out.
What counts as a fast double-click?
Windows and macOS default to a double-click window of about 400 to 500 milliseconds. Competitive gamers and click-speed testers often aim under 200 milliseconds between clicks.
Can I test a trackpad here?
Yes. A tap registers as a left click, and a two-finger scroll moves the wheel counters. Most trackpads have no middle, back or forward buttons to test.
Why does the right-click menu not appear in the test area?
The right-click context menu is turned off only inside the test box, so right-clicks count as a button press instead of opening a menu.
